We have over $2,000,000 in operating capital. Our office location and all of our trucks and equipment are Company owned. The Company is without debt. Payroll and all of our invoice costs are paid on time. We will never ask you to make a deposit to begin work.

We have licenses in all Denver area municipalities, Boulder, Pitkin, Eagle and Summit counties.
“ARE YOU INSURED?”
We carry $3,000,000 in liability insurance and require $1,000,000 from all subcontractors. We can furnish a Bond for projects up to $3,000,000 but you may find this to be an unnecessary expense.
“HOW BIG IS THE COMPANY AND WHAT SIZE JOBS CAN YOU DO?”
2007 year-end revenue was almost $19,000,000 on about 100 jobs. There are 38 people on payroll including 10 in the office. Job size ranges from $10,000 to $4,000,000.

To keep it manageable, we have kept our reference list down to just 300 people who would not work with anyone else. More than half of them have hired us more than once. These are owners. Architects, Interior Designers, Subcontractors and Suppliers will also recommend us.

We are members of The Council of Professional Remodelors, National Association of Home Builders, Denver Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau. The majority shareholder Tim Pleune has been president of the National Association of Remodeling Industry’s Denver Chapter and Associated Builders and Contractors . Tim has served in an advisory capacity on many boards over the years including the founding of the Construction Industry Training Council.
